“Nice and clean hotel. Only two mebers of the staff were nice. The rest of the staff were unfriedly. Everybody make you feel that they are makjng you a favor. I was told by a front desk staff that maybe the rules are not from everybody. The frisrt 3 days I have to get my own coffe in the breakfast area. Everybody was chatting in the corner of the restaurant. They neeed a customer service training.”

“The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, however, we had a poor experience, the room had lots of issues, the door had a hole by the lock you could see through, the door did not shut right and was banging and making loud noises all night long Marcuse of the wind(issue was fixed next day) there was odor coming from the bathroom all the time, the toilet got clogged Saturday afternoon around 3, and reported it right away but maintenance never came and we were told to use the bathroom in...

“First of all.. ALL the staff was wonderful... and the views from the rooms were amazing. NED TO IMPROVE SECTION: from the outside the hotel looks great, but the rooms are poorly maintained. once again, nothing related to the staff, but to management not investing into the structure and let it rundown to the the stream. As an example: every time we washed our hands, in our BR, our feet got wet. It rained few times and every time the water came into the room throughout the bottom of the door...
