“We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of great restaurants and the marina. It is well maintained, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downsides were that the spa was not available during our visit, and both check-in and check-out were slower than expected. Overall, a very good experience.”

“Since my arrival, I’ve experienced consistent issues: poor airport transfer coordination, inadequate baggage assistance, a malfunctioning air conditioning system for 3 days that prevented me from sleeping, the whole hotel feels like a sauna, and an uncomfortably hard bed. Given these service failures at a FIVE-star hotel, is unacceptable. It’s a terrible, terrible hotel, it barely get a 2.5 stars not sure how they got a “5 star” hotel from. Asked for a refund and it’s been more than a day they...

“It was absolutely wonderful! We cannot wait to come back. The Waterfront 2026 opens the middle of June so we missed it. It’s an amazing outdoor space on the water with restaurants and shopping and bars. It’s outstanding! The stores are all high end and right on the property!”

“It was a nice experience overall, but lacked any wow factor. The Conrad itself was fine and the pool was a good thing to have access to. The beach is lovely. Overall though it was very expensive and the food at the Conrad itself was too expensive. The wider resort was more reasonable but not up to the its 4 star rating. We wouldn’t go again but whilst each element was fine it was too much money for the overall experience.”
