The staff were all very friendly and helpful, they made the stay memorable. The beach is very picturesque, a great place to watch the sunset. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice of fresh fruit, pastries, hot food and a good range of gluten free options.

Excellent family or romantic stay

We stayed 7 nights and came for a family holdiday and the stay was excellent. The level of service and can do attitude separates this from many other hotels. Food was great, staff friendly and the setting is a italian dream.

Absolutely perfect stay! The entire staff is accommodating, friendly & willing to go the extra mile to ensure you don’t have to lift a finger. We were in a suite which was more than enough room for the 2 of us. Very large closet area with both hanging and shelving. We had plenty of space for our large suitcases. Comfortable bed & linens. We loved having the garden space with the lounge chairs for enjoying an afternoon drink in private. We dined at Gusto which was an experience everyone should enjoy. The breakfast buffet had anything you could imagine; breads, fruits, hams, cheeses, eggs all fresh and delicious. The walk to the beach through the wetlands is wonderful. And the hotels private beach is TOP NOTCH, STUNNING. This is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The pool is magnificent as well. Highly, highly recommend this resort if you really want to feel pampered stay at Baglioni Resort!

The resort is beautiful. The beach is amazing. One of the best on the island. The only down side is the price of food and drinks. Breakfast is included which in great. Drinks at the bar are outrageously expensive. 25$ euros for 1/2 a cup of wine. 30$ euros for a medium sized cheese pizza. We are from San Diego and are used to high prices but this was ridiculous. Especially since none of the neighboring restaurants or bars charge such high rates. For example We had a very nice dinner in neighboring San Teodoro for 4 people with 3 apps, 4 main courses, 2 desserts, and 2 bottles of wine for 220$ euros. At the hotel the bar and restaurant (aside from breakfast ) are always very empty and I think the high prices must be why. So yes stay here, but drink and eat lunch and dinner elsewhere.

The positives....the hotel is in a good location, with a short walk to a lovely beach where the hotel has its own private area with chairs and shade parasols. The staff are very attentive, and the breakfast buffett has a good varied choice , and addtional cooked items are also avilable to order, some of which are included in the price , others are extra. Negatives ....a little unfair , as this is not unique to this hotel.....but something that is common in Sardina ......food and drinks are ridiculously expensive....a small beer being €11!!

The grounds are beautiful, well maintained, peaceful. Staff is very friendly especially with children. We had a wonderful time both at the poolside and at the beach. The multiple pool sizes were great for children. The beach is not as isolated as the pictures lead on. Yes, there are enough beach chairs for hotel customers, but to either side of that designated area are crowds of Italians enjoying the beach. If you want isolated… this is not for you. We personally had a great time though. People respected the hotel area and did not overcrowd the water either. Water is clean and the sand is white and soft. It really is beautiful. As for the resort, a few negative things to mention. I wish the cleaning staff were more diligent with details and replaced things that were empty or missing since it’s a 5 star hotel. For example my robe was missing for 3 days until I called to get it replaced, body wash was finished and not replaced until I asked someone. The restaurant and pool bar are great, I just wished they had daily specials for children. After a week, the menu gets boring. Another thing to note, if you are allergic to bees or afraid of them, this might not the place for you. The staff really tries hard to control them but they are very bothersome at breakfast and dinner. At times you feel like you are battling bees instead of enjoying your meal. But again… I think that is part of nature there. Overall, my family did love it and would stay there again.

From the moment we stepped out of the car the service was absolutely outstanding. Greetings from all workers including front desk staff/management were very professional. Very accommodating! This hotel from top to bottom thought about all details at a high level. Loved the kids club giving adults time to adult, love the restaurants and the staff who treated everyone special, and loved the room. I can not wait to return!
