"This is a legitimate 2-star hotel. Whoever qualified it for a 4-star hotel made a joke. To start with, there is no refrigerator in the room. Not even a tiny one. The bedding is another joke. A pillow is about 3 cm (a little over an inch) thick, with nothing but lumps inside. I had to ask for 2 more pillows to get it to be of any neck support. I also had to ask for additional 2 blankets as the one provided was too thin. I had to use one of the blankets to cover the pillow stack so that I don’t feel the lumps. In the bathroom: no body lotion provided. No conditioner for after shampoo use. The single container in the shower says: Hand, hair, and body wash. Same container by the sink. No shower cap or vanity kit. The overall look of the room—shabby. Avoid by all means. "

"In a quiet residential area close to the train station and old town both on foot or by public transport. Comfortable single room."

"Friendly staff. Bus stop right in front of the Hotel, comes very frequently and you can ride it fir free with hotel free ticket .Rail station is not within walking distance but bus takes you right in front in 7 minutes. "

What made our stay especially memorable was the outstanding staff—everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Every request we made was handled promptly, efficiently, and always with a gracious smile. "There was some sort of daily service but the room wasn't vacuumed and towels not changed for the entiredurationof our stay. It seemd the room attendant would just empty bins and tidy up the room. Water bottle was replenished only on the second day, however there always was a jug with water in the corridor so it wasn't a problem for us. "

"Clean room, polite and professional service, comfortable beds and good sized/clean bathrooms. Also, the hotel location is impeccable. I'm only giving 4 stars because: 1) the pillows were somewhat thin and not very easy to sleep on, and 2) there was an unpleasant odour at the front entrance to the hotel when we arrived and it stayed there for 2 days. Not sure what was causing it but I hope the hotel management takes care of it. Otherwise, excellent stay, I would come back to this hotel any time. "
