"At first, everything was great. Cute pool area, air conditioning was fantastic, nice room set up. We had an issue with the shower drainage, but that was fixed the next day. Communication via WhatsApp with whoever was on the other end was super fast and helpful. However, front desk wasn’t as helpful with our needs. And at times we felt ignored. "We would go back on a heartbeat. We were extremely lucky to meet Georgette. She helped us organize activities and gave us multiple tips to ensure our vacation was a success.
