"Wonderful hotel set in an ancient mansion. Staff were helpful and friendly and focused on improving the guest experience. Wonderful breakfast whether you ordered Western or Chinese. We ate the special set menu dinner. Definitely the best restaurant in Pingyao. Staff had a proficient level of English which enabled us to have a better experience visiting the historical sights in the walled city. Our two night stay was a five star experience."

"We had an amazing stay. It was very comfortable with all necessary amenities which were all hitech such automated window screen, toilet, mirror etc. Host was very friendly.
