While the hospitality is unique with ladies in kimono bowing & greeting upon arrival & departure, the only odd thing, is no luggage assistance at all and we wonder how the elderly are able to cope. "The overall experience of my stay is terrible: there are molds in the bathtub; the toothbrushing cup was used as cigarette trash tray by previous occupant and was not replaced when we move in; the washbasin is jammed; the sewer make noises randomly the whole night; the receptionists and staff barely speaks English. The only good things of the hotel are exterior view and food. "
