“Excellent place to go to and see Mt Shasta. ”

“We had been on the road all day. We were welcomed and were able to check in early. For a family owned inn they had the best technology. Keyless entry and online checkout. Very clean!!”

“Our room was clean and spacious for the two of us with our big dog. The grounds were so pleasant and a nice Mexican restaurant was just around the corner with an excellent fish taco salad for me.”

“Staff was excellent. Great location, comfortable beds and nice cabin. Only had an issue with turning off a light, it was connected to the tv too. Turn off light in bedroom it turned off tv. Easy fix, just unscrew lightbulb. Also back porch light did not work, kind of worrisome. However had all the amenities needed and beautiful location. ”

“This inn was very personable and cozy. It’s the cleanest nicest place I’ve stayed. I’m very grateful for such a lovely stay. They had lovely attention to detail including clear signage with frequently asked questions, little jars with coffee and mugs as well as wall art and very comfortable bedding. The last place I stayed at smelled like cigarettes and feet and was more expensive per night. I’d absolutely recommend this place.”

“The floor was filthy and used soaps were left in the shower. The complex is under a tear out refurbish and old and broken furnishings were everywhere. The pool was green and stagnant. It was closed, but should have been drained. Quite the eyesore.”

““Pretend this is upscale glamping” said my partner. King bed was two twins pushed together with lumpy middle. Heater was insanely loud even with earplugs for sleep. My home bidet is more pressurized than the shower head. Room was death by a thousand annoyances — stained towels, loose plugs that drop your charger, no liner to shower, broken missing hook for second towel, watery coffee, chipped coffee jug, faucet too low to fit water bottle, toilet seat too small for bowl, WiFi crapping out....

“Terrible, bizarre experience. From the many door keys not working to the lack of housekeeping cleaning. I paid for two nights but left after the first. Asked for one night refund and was denied.”

“Staff at check-in was helpful. I had requested a room on the quiet side/away from the freeway, but the room assigned was on the freeway side. They quickly checked and found a different room on the parking lot side. Thank you! Unfortunately, the vent fan in the bathroom did not work! The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was typical and adequate. I stayed there for 9 days! Not once was the room serviced, the trash was never collected, towels never replaced!! I mentioned this...

“Quaint but a little too rustic for me.shower was difficult, wiring and extension cords seemed unsafe. I appreciate this is a very old hotel but I prefer something less musty. The staff was lovely and helpful.”
