“I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay. While I understood the price was budget-friendly, the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable. The room was poorly maintained with torn curtains and an incredibly dirty AC unit. Furthermore, the amenities advertised, like the pool, do not match the current state of the property. “Might be nicest hotel in Weed but it’s worn and old. Pool is closed and should not be listed as open amenities. No plug for tub and staff didn’t look for one. However the place was quiet for a quick night stop and breakfast was very good! I would recommend staying in Shasta lake area instead of Weed. ”

“The landscape is being worked on and some trip hazards exits. The room was clean but the shower & bath was questionable. Someone's shampoo bottle was left in the shower which indicated it had not been totally cleaned. There is no in room coffee maker so you must go to the Continental breakfast for coffee and/or cereal.”

“The Casita that we stayed in was so no and clean. Nice to be out in the quiet away from the main casino. Nice pool, spas and lounging area. The casino itself has a great variety of games. The bars are always stocked and all of the staff is so friendly. Great stay!”

“While you are updating your rooms, I was put into a room that was using the old heating system. The room was stone cold when I entered, the heater never got it warm enough. I had to sleep with my fleece vest on. There were only two electrical receptacles. Of the four outlets, three were used for appliances (good that you had those appliances), so only one plug for my stuff. Legally, I believe you need a receptacle every 6', and on every wall. “Parking and check in was easy. Desk staff was nice and efficient. This is a very economical place to stay and it looks like it, but I haven't had any problems with security, drama, or noise outside. This is a good place to stay for the money. It is hard to give it 5 stars it doesn't really look like they are trying for that, but we've stayed their twice and I'd be very comfortable choosing them again. I do recommend if you are on a budget.”
