“Breakfast was good and we had peaceful stay”

“Beautiful, peaceful property and very well maintained. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff was kind and responsive throughout our stay. There was a small misunderstanding on my end regarding the room features, but it was handled professionally and with great communication. Overall, a lovely experience — we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.”

“The staff was super friendly and co also let my daughter and I check in three hours early. Room was very clean, everything worked and nice little refrigerator with actual separate freezer. Not a fancy breakfast but good basic selection. Will definitely be back.”

“It was tiny, cold and very dated and it seemed like cold came up from the floors. The wall heater worked well but was loud and had no thermostat. So waking up to turn on and off was not ideal. The bedding was good.”

“The electricity was out while we were there, and we were grateful that the staff allowed us to stay even though they had basically closed the motel. We were in kind of an emergency situation and needed to be close to the hospital. It was perfect for what we needed for the handful of hours. We were able to stay there and sleep.”

“Great one night stay at this charming property. Clean and comfortable room, easy parking. The best thing is the staff. Delightful Alana checked us in and gave advice on places to dine. We were happy to accept her offer of a glass of wine at the 5pm wine tasting. In the morning, Azaela served breakfast—we loved the fresh fruit and blueberry waffle. We’d love to return next time we’re in Mt. Shasta. ”

“Ice machines aren’t working, vending machines are out of order. There was 1/8th of an inch of construction dust on everything, floors were dirty enough that we had to wash our feet before going to bed. I would not recommend staying here.”

“Clean but incredibly dated. Peeling leather on desk chair, dingy walls and wallpaper, nothing updated in years. For the price, we got a clean room with clean sheets. Parking was right in front of our room ”
