The staff were great during check-in & arranging dinner & breakfast for us. The Inn’s location very close to Route 5 was very convenient. The grounds are lovely & will even be better when the resurfacing of the inn is completed.

Though just 1 mile off the interstate, we felt like we were way off the path, surrounded by forest. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. The staff was very accommodating, especially since we had flight and traffic delays that delayed our arrival time past our expected arrival time.

It was a pleasure staying at The Inn at Shasta Lake. The premises are very well maintained inside and outside. The room was spotless, and the staff members were extremely helpful and respectful. On top of that, the management and the staff keep their word and promises - a quality you can rarely find these days,if at all. I highly recommend staying here!

We stayed in the Woodpecker room. It was very clean and had its own private terrace. You can hear the interstate and the trains when sitting on the terrace, but it didn't bother us. It was very quiet inside the room at night. Breakfast was excellent. Bed was also great. We slept very well. We stayed for one night and found it a nice change from the usual motel or hotel rooms; it was ideal for our stopover.

GREAT PLACE! Staff was great to work with and communicated directly with me with details about my stay. The room was perfect. I ordered an evening meal and it was delivered to my door. Breakfast was included and I filled out a form with breakfast selections and gave that to the staff. Breakfast was delivered to my room at the time I requested and was delicious and exceeded my expectations. I would stay here again.

The location was convenient and tranquil. Off the highway but not too far to make it inconvenient. We booked two rooms and both were very comfortable and very clean. The staff were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast that is included with your stay was well prepared and the presentation was very good. We highly recommend this inn if you’re driving this way and need a great overnight stop on your way north or south.

This was an awesome experience after a very long drive. The staff was excellent and very helpful, the rooms were cozy and very clean… love the large showers and the very comfortable bed. Also loved the slippers and robes! It was very nice to have dinner options and the free hot breakfast brought to our room! We felt very welcomed and taken cared of. Continue the dinner options because by the time travelers check in, we’re tired and don’t want to drive out to hunt for food. The Indian food was delicious!!! What an awesome experience! The staff was extremely responsive! We travel a lot and the experience with your staff was above and beyond from the time we booked (quick to respond), to very easy check in, and how all our needs were met with humble smiles and extremely helpful and friendly service! When we had a hard time with the WiFi, Jesse came and went above and beyond accommodating us and fixed the WiFi. Sandy’s response to our texts was less than a minute… and we were delighted to have our breakfast brought to our room. We will definitely be back!

The Inn at Shasta Lake is a true hidden gem! The property is clean, charming, and tucked away in a peaceful setting, making it the perfect place to relax. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The resort is small, cozy, and has a warm, inviting atmosphere that we really enjoyed. If I had one suggestion, it would be to book one of the larger cottages next time for a little extra space. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Shasta Lake area. We look forward to coming back!
