"First of all check-in to this hotel (Lucija) is at 3.00PM and not at 2.00PM as it is wrongly written at your agency! I have some issues at hotel regarding your check-in time - I needed to wait one hour and half longer! The air conditioner in the room is in very poor condition as it cannot cool the room. As a result, it was very hot in the room, the room is facing west and is in the hot sun all afternoon, so we opened the balcony door in the evening...

The balcony has 2 chairs but no table; the ('Superior') bedroom has only one chair; there is no curtain/blind over the glass balcony door to keep out the early morning light; there is no independent control for the elctronically controlled main window curtains; there is no bedside table on one side of the bed; the toilet has a pointless electronic control panel; there is no heated towel rail. "I book superior mountain view room, my view was a factory that was open and noisy 24 hours a day. The view of two large chimney of misty, white smoke was " the mountain view". The four nights i stayed they come to clean the room one time only, not bothering to replace the towels. The hotel does notvhave the pool. It is connecting to nearby aqua park, which is used by a lot of school kids "
