"The hotel was full of cats and the room was dirty as soon as we walked in. We asked to be moved to another room and they said they would just quickly clean our room. Our sink was faulty and toilet seat was falling off. There was loud noises every morning as there was work going on. Cleaners missed a whole day of cleaning our room.
