"The staff is very attentive, simple and always willing to serve. Reception should be though more warm and welcoming. It seems they work under some pressure. They should be trained to make the Balneário more welcoming. This is not a reprimand, but only a suggestion for management to improve the place. "

"The cabins are located far from Pucon. No food was offered. There was no hot water and the water pressure was horrible. I would not recommend this property. Also, they asked for 1/2 upfront and the other 1/2 once we arrived. After what we went through, I would not have paid them for the second 1/2."

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hosts Sonya and JP were amazing, the room was perfect for my family, and the hotel was full of character and love. We even had an amazing meal where we had a smoked meat dinner that was prepared by the family. The hotel is a very social place where you can hang out in the main lounge and meet other travelers. "Infelizmente não tive uma boa estadia, a minha reserva não estava disponível e ao ligar pra o número que constava na minha reserva, o do proprietário, o mesmo informou a recepção que não estava alugando e iria tomar as providencias cabíveis. Em resumo, perdi a viagem e o feriado com a minha família. Fiquei muito decepcionado com o hoteis.com, pois deveria se certificar antes com o hotel, apartamento, pousada, investidor e etc, antes de mandar um e-mail confirmando para o cliente"
