"Since we did not receive any check-in info via hotels.com and access is only possible when given door and room codes, it took phone calls with 3 different people to obtain access codes. We only received an email from hotels.com with no text. Since our rooms were on the third floor, we were totally exhausted each time we had to climb up all those stairs (we are 80 and 72 years old, so that didn’t help!).The bed mattresses need replacing!!"
