Only problem I had was when using the self-checkin system: there was NO physical key in the lockbox. Thankfully I was there early - at 14:00 - and a maid there saw me struggling. She helped me get the key from the reception - which was not manned due to short staffing. I hope things improve."

Parking was always available to a very reasonable price. The corridors had a lot of old spots in the carpet that gave a bad impression. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Hotel contacted me around 2:30pm on arrival day to give me chech-in instructions. For me a bit too late. Because you need a special APP to get your virtual key. So you need internet and enough battery in your phone... GPS didn't find correct way as it is in an industrial area... Studio fully furnished but in grey, beige and white colors so quite depressive. No pictures on walls. A/C a bit too noisy and fridge too near from bed. TV was progrmmed in russia :((( "
