“Staff were pleasant, rooms need updating and properly cleaned, a lot of scuff marks and general dusty, there is an unpleasant odor in the entire property and at the moment the only washrooms available on the ground floor are around the back of the property as the ones within the hotel are under repair, the bar by the pool was not open and in general the food was only average, not a lot of choice especially on the room service.”

“staying is not bad but they did terrible work. and they have not apologize to me terrible work means, they send my invoice to other person who i knew i dont know how can this hotel know that person and why they sent my invoice to that person, and why they didnt say sorry to me even though i complaint terrible service mind i need to visit this country every two months, but i dont want to stay this hotel anymore”

“Au lieu de payé 286 euros comme annoncé. La dame de l'accueil s'est trompé et nous a fait payé 386 euros. Toutes les activités sont payantes tandis qu'il est indiqué qu'elles sont gratuites. Personnelle pas très souriant et peu courtois pour beaucoup. Pas d'eau ni d'électricité ni d'internet dans tout le gîte et aucune possibilité de se faire rembouser une partie du séjour. ”

“Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Rezeption war praktisch 24 Stunden besetzt und auch Getränke waren jederzeit zu haben. Das Frühstücksbuffet war für mich voll in Ordnung (ist ja kein 4 oder 5 Sterne Hotel). Die Lage in einem ruhigeren Teil von Paramaribo, der nächste Supermarkt 900m entfernt. Es war gemütlich auf der Terrasse am Pool und das Wasser war angenehm warm. Zimmer mit Klimaanlage voll OK, Teekocher und Utensilien vorhanden, im Bad gibt...
