"Stayed 4 nights, the lady at the Reception (afternoon shift) was so nice and helpful Breakfast is served daily at the restaurant, food was good but they’re all the same every single day, no variation at all. The room was tiny for the price compared to other hotels I’ve been to, the room was clean though but old. A few times, I could smell smoke, don’t know where it’s coming from. Location I think is great, very quiet as it is outside the busy area of Interlaken.. Overall, it was good. "

"the hotel is nice and clean, it is located up in the mountain overviewing the lake. we got the duplex on two floors apartment for the 4 of us. the size of the apartment is ok. breakfast was very good with a lot of variety of choices, you can even ask for more choices that are not on the buffet. I personally prefer to Stay in the city (Interlaken) for future trips and I would find a hotel closer to the lake for better view and for the fact that the drive up and down to the hotel was Not EASY,...

"Our stay at the hotel was overall a good experience. It seemed they were short staffed, specially at the breakfast buffet. Btw, try the bread. It was delicious. Other issue was that when the restaurant was closed after hours I couldn't find a vending machine or even a water fountain. It can be annoying since most of the nearby stores close around 6 pm. "

"The property is expensive, but in many ways worth it. Always a taxi available. Taxi to airport approx $60 (US currency) each way or you can make your way to the train station (10 min walk). "The location is closed to the main cable car station, just 3 mins walk. Very clean and comfortable. The design of the shower room is not very good, I have to put my clothes and towel outside the shower room otherwise all will get wet. I suggest the shower room should install a space for towel. The ski locker area is convenient but there is little bit dark and also the ski room is not as good as the signinahotel’s ski room.
