"Review for semporna Summary: Horrible condition. Dirty, not organized and disgusting. We walked in, the fridge, the rice cooker and rubbish bins were not clean, in fact there were food left in them and has mold all over, inside the fridge, on the dishes etc. Couldn’t unsee all the disgusting leftovers left in the fridge and kitchen. The kitchen not to mention was disgusting. Coffee stain on the kitchen top, table, cabinet, it was sticky, brown and just disgusting. Then the floor, bathroom...

"Very cozy room and very clean. We really appreciate it when it's this clean. WiFi didn't work at all though and the bedlights or TV didn't work either which drops down the rating just a bit. Staff didn't understand much either when I asked about the internet but other than that the stay was really good. Perfect for a few nights. "

"Much better than expected after reading the other reviews. By standards of Semporna, this hotel is very good. My room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff members were nice, but completely failed at the one thing people actually come to Semporna for - information about day trips to the nearby islands. It felt like I was the first person to ever ask them about going to Mabul or Mataking. To be fair all “sales” people in Semporna were like this so not just an issue in this hotel. "

"This is my firstime stay at the hotel after 2 years. The room not that quite mantained as before when it was under promenade but still good for stay. The bathroom especially shower side please get rid the mold at the wall. Breakfast also good and acceptable. The reason why i will stay again at this hotel because their have the gym facilities and sauna. But please repair some gym equipment and also the jacuzi."
