“Had a lovely stay at Cheval Knightsbridge. Fabulous location, wonderful cleaning staff and front desk. Great location. Close to public transportation and many of the local museums. Highly recommend staying here with kids!”

“Overall, the rooms are spacious and the living room was good for gathering. I choose two single beds and sofa bed for 3 people. But they gave us two double beds and a sofa which was not suitable for sleeping. There was no bedding. so, we had to share one bed for two. But, that was fine because the bed was not small for two women. But, it would be better they could let us know before we checked in. and the living room smells bad. “7일동안 지냈습니다 자가격리를5일간 해야해서 좀넓은 이곳으로예약했고 객실과 키친 화장실 은 아주 청결하고 걸어서 번화가 까지 10분내외입니다 24시간내에 PCR결과를 받을수 있는곳도 가까이 있고 쇼핑도 편리한곳에 있습니다 직원들은 친절했지만 가방을 끝까지 케어해주지않아 마지막에 아쉬웠습니다”

“There were so many hairs and unknown hairs on the bedding and pillowcases that we couldn't sleep as it was. (I took pictures but won't post them) We had to buy cellophane tape from a nearby grocery store to remove all the hairs. Even though we booked for 4 people, there was no bedding for the sofa bed, so we had nothing to cover it with. In the 4 nights we stayed, the place was never cleaned. ”
