"It was a great stay, very clean and nice amenities. We had a small issue with the shower not turning on but once I contacted the front desk they sent a custodian right away and fixed the issue. The bed mattress was a little worn out and could have been replaced. Otherwise it was a great stay."

Asked next morning, found out AC wasn't working on that side of building for a few days (they should have told us and not put us in that room). We asked to be moved, much better. AC worked, sofa bed still comfortable for an adult. 24 hr reception helped us get our laundry out of our washing machine (door wouldn't open). Used...

"The location is very convenient. There are lots of eating places within walking distance. The tube station is close by, as well as, there is access to a grocery just next door to the station. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and polite. I liked having a kitchenette in my room. This gave it a home like atmosphere. Would definitely be recommending this place to others and would definitely be staying here on my next visit to London."

"In general it was good until the check out. I had booked aborher room with expedia which i paid morebas it is meant to be a 1bedroom apartment. I had seroiusissues while changing my room which i had to cobtact expedia to interferes as i was not treated gently by the hitel. Unfortunately the 1 bedroom apartment they gave me which i moved in just now and have it till the 13th of this month is terrible. Very small, no view. It is more expensive than the executive studio but it is nothing to compare...
