“Horrible and tacky ”

“I booked this room at 7:48am on Friday 13th, October 2017 for the same day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager states that she cancelled my booking at 7:50am because there were no rooms available. No apology. Rooms were still listed on Expedia as available. I received no official correspondence regarding this cancellation.I was told by the front desk that they can cancel it on their system but I would need to call Expedia to let them know the situation. I am currently awaiting a refund....

“Coco Reef has the best location, close distance to the Airport, next to Store Bay Beach and next to the Food strip and some night life action. Their breakfast is awesome and the property holds that "Fantasy Island" vibe. The room is clay tile based, a bit retro but blends with the theme. I've been here a few times and will be back.”

“I had a great stay. The room was nice, the ceiling fan was much appreciated. With the sliding door open ac was not needed. The staff was very pleasant. Parking was no problem at all. Access to the beach was very easy and help ed to make the overall stay most enjoyable.”

“The facility and accommodations were excellent. Listening to the waves break on the shore, at breakfast and nighttime was extremely therapeutic and I would recommend the resort to anyone. I must mention, though, that upon check in I was offered a lower rate room than what I had paid for and had to pay extra for the upgrade. Fortunately for me I had my receipt from Expedia and this was used to sort out the discrepancy, resulting in no additional cost to me. Point to note, ensure you have proof...
