The check-in with Bruno was very friendly and efficient, but the experiences with other hotel staff were not so good. The breakfast staff in particular were neither friendly nor helpful (even resisting the idea of refilling the scrambled eggs with more than half an hour still left for breakfast) and they were very poor at clearing tables - we watched many guests walk in to see empty tables but...
