“The property was conveniently located near major routes off the highway. The office park location makes the property feel removed. The complimentary breakfast on-site was convenient as well. The property is aged, and rooms were not very clean. I requested fresh bedding since it did not appear that the sheets were replaced. The staff expressed that there was no housekeeping staff at the time but that they would leave the front desk to get the bedding. I ended up receiving bedding the following...

“My family of four stayed here overnight as a break during a long drive. The hotel is in a quiet area and was not very busy. Check-in and check-out were both smooth. Overall, it worked well for a short overnight stay. The only minor issues were that the lobby did not smell very fresh, a few people were hanging around near the entrance, and the bathroom lotion dispenser was empty.”

“During the staying in this hotel, I had a good experience. I'm really really saticified with this hotel and I want to recommend this hotel to someone who will visit this town. The room is large and clean, also the bed is very comfortable. The good thing is that the hotel serves the quite nice breakfast and I could always enjoy the free drinks, fruites and cookies. “Well first of all I booked a room with a pool view. Upon arrival to the hotel I was informed that the pool was broke. Had I known this ahead of time I would not have booked there. It did not say anywhere on their website that their pool was broke. Second of all the check-in person accidentally charged my credit card $3,000. My room was already paid for Via Expedia. The only credit card information he needed what for accidentals and he charged at $3,000 on accident. Then he refers to charges...

“Check in was easy and they accommodated my early check in. Room was clean although floors were sticky (likely humidity + build up of soap used in cleaning). Very quiet. A/C was nominal and shut off middle of night. I was able to turn back on. Beds & pillows very comfy. Overall very satisfied with this little motel.”

“I didn't like the fire alarm going off at 11am when you get in at 4 am and no warning what so ever! The manager lied and said they have no idea when the are coming to test the alarms I call bu You don't just test alarms that is poor management. Was only compensated 1 day when there mistake ruined 2 days! Never again unless management is replaced!”
