“Stayed here for 2 nights mid-August. Pool was nice (could have been a little cleaner). Restaurant, excellent. Valet staff, excellent. Front desk staff, good. Bar, nice. Breakfast included, very nice. Room, a bit dated but nicely renovated. Through the years I always wanted to stay here - glad I did. The view (and sunset) of the Long Island Sound from the shared balcony cannot be beat. Breathtaking.”

“This is a unique property well located in downtown Greenport. The beds and linens were comfortable , slippers and robes available. There is parking available but it can fill up especially later in the evening. Also unique in that the front desk is not staffed -there is a phone number to call for service and check in . The phone is answered promptly and they were friendly each time I called. They provided coffee and ice water in the common area . Lots of restaurants with in walking distance...

“Definitely stay here! A perfect location, walkable to so many cute restaurants and shops. Beautiful water view from the rooftop. Most comfortable bed and gorgeous, clean room. And the icing on the cake (almost literally!) is the snack room on each floor with fresh baked cookies, fresh juices, chips, candies and more. They make a wonderful espresso martini at the bar too. We hope to be back!”
