Perfect for spending quality time with kids and family..

This was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at in the UAE! We loved our stay and only wish it could have been longer.

The resort is top of the line in all areas. It's so beautiful and every detail complements the next. The staff are all professional and a delight to interact with. My 50th birthday in Dubai was like a dream come true. We can't wait to return.

Everything and everyone was perfect for my two day stay. The bed was amazing, the food delightful and the staff attentive, respectful and present whenever required. I arrived early and was accommodated without any fuss. International plugs in the room, very important for a traveler.

This hotel was the best !! I will highly recommend it to everyone worth the price, and they are so generous to upgrade your room to higher standard.

Wonderful hotel with many fun pools and restaurants. Our place, a 1 bedroom, was perfect which included a washer/dryer. (Sofa bed was hard as a rock, but that's OK.)

Great get away location from a busy day

I definitely recommend this property to anybody who's going to spend a few days in Dubai. Their location is great, the beach is beautiful, there are swimming pools, restaurants, activities. Everything you want in one place. It's beautiful and the service is excellent

I have always believed Riu in Bahamas is number one until I visited Riu Dubai . It’s supper clean . The Buffet options are great. The food is fantastic. The entertainment sector is a little lacking if you opt to stay in the facility. Will definitely rebook again in a few years. Keep up the great work. Shout out from Plymouth , Mass.

The Intercontinental Hotel in Abu Dhabi is a beautiful place to stay. Upon check-in there were many mistakes made and they had a hard time finding a reservation, and told us several times that we didn't have one even though it was prepaid and had evidence of it in my pocket. After a while they were able to find it with no apologies. It really makes a customer uncomfortable when they questioned their integrity. Amazing property! This hotel has thought of everything in the rooms, the decor is modern, the furnishing beautiful and the service outstanding! Highly recommend.

As always the staff were amazing nothing too much trouble. Concierge were brilliant we left a case in a taxi and they tracked down the driver and got it returned wWe stay in the club rooms which are great value for money lots of food and drinks included The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms lovely

Everything about it was such an experience. First time in Dubai and my family enjoyed it! The beach was perfect and safe. The lifeguards were amazing and so friendly. The pools were so nice! The dinning areas were perfect. We took half board so we got breakfast and lunch/dinner was optional for us, but you can only take one of them and the other option you would have to pay out of pocket. Other than that, the staff was fantastic and we always came to a clean hotel room after our fun-filled day...
