"The hotel is in the North, 30 min from the TNR airport. The indoor pool is small but pleasant, with a small gym (without weight machines) and a sauna and Hammam. BF was good enough. The Japanese Teppanyaki place was closed on Sun but we went later in the week and was pretty good but not spectacular. Our only issue was that after 3 stays at this hotel during our Madagascar trip, the hotel charged us for BF for one of us when they had told us it was included when we checked in. The Manager came to chat to us at check-out and apologised for the miscommunication but said we still had to pay, or he would charge the staff for the breakfast as that was how it was done in Madagascar. Needless to say, this is appalling from a major hotel chain. Suggest you beware that the Management do not have integrity, although the staff themselves were very honest and pleasant (so we still tipped them and had fun interacting with them at least :) )"

"Excellent customer service and property is perfect for international travelers seeking American style equipped apartments with large spacious living rooms, with sofa bed, Kitchen with stove top for cooking meals, refrigerator, microwave, espresso and coffee maker and all cook wear you need. The premium suite has Excellent WIFI service, 2 flat screen TVs, Master Bedroom with En suite Bathroom with large shower. Suite also has a 1/2 bath off living area and amazing Mountain View’s of Antananarivo. Rooftop restaurant is awesome with live DJ, buffet breakfast, and lunch dinner menus and open late. They have gym for workouts and they speak English as well. Hotel is very safe and great location and most importantly they provide transportation service to and from airport in luxury shuttle van with dedicated driver with sign waiting for your arrival at airport. Best place to stay in Tana for your own apartment /condo style comfort lifestyle."

"breakfast correct .. but not amazing . reataurant is good and quality price is still good and the rrom are spacius and cleaned i was deceived about the airport shuttle is indicated as free on your website ... and then i finally have to paid for it .. even whan i show the capsure of the reservation screen. i think that i will nor come back because of the feeling that tha indicated price is not what is applied "

"They charge us the baby crib, never clean our room, never change our towel or sheets, think we are thief and made us count all the kitchen utensils before checking in. We felt insulted."

"The bed was nice and place spacious but for the rest of the equipment whether shower, kettle, hair dryer, they worked very badly. Restaurant very poor, we waited more than 1hr with my 2 years old daughter for our dinner which was terrible and even got sick.They told me that they were understaffed. The place is very calm though. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly but that's not enough to make up for this bad experience. I would not recommend it."

"The hotel staff were great. Kind and friendly and most spoke English, so that was very helpful for me. The room was great. Only complaint was the shower doors were grinding on the floor when opening and closing, so it made a loud screetch everytime. My view from the room was spectacular. There are some bars and restaurants close by. I felt safe the whole time walking alone at night, but it is through some dark and dirty streets with the homeless around. But this might not be a good option for women traveling alone and wanting to walk everywhere. However, i felt really safe."
