“Clean room, nice staff, good location, walkable”

“The tub look like someone broke a hole in to it and the put a patch to fix it instead of properly replace it. Pipes sticking out and the caulking was old and moldy. The room was clean but watch the bed frames because it has two sharp steel pieces sticking out and they can cut you. Continental breakfast is the worse I have run in to all the choice properties!”

“Was very disappointed that the pool area was not maintained and the hot tub was broken and very dirty. The breakfast was ok but not much to choose from. Staff was very friendly, helpful and nice.”

“The room was clean. Parking was right outside our door. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff was absolutely great. We had issues with the TV in the late evening and the lady at the front came to help.”

“The staff was wonderful! The location is great and it’s very quiet. The room was clean and they accommodated us very well! Definitely stay there if your traveling that way!”

“Dead bolt did not work at all, swing lock was broken off, and there was no do not disturb sign. Almost as if the staff wants to be able to walk in on you, which they tried to do every morning. Very very frustrating and not at all okay. Breakfast was very poor and was not restocked often, but the waffle machine worked so was the only thing we took advantage of.”

“The property is old. The bed and flooring were good. The fold over lock did not work and had been repaired poorly. The bathroom shower was cracked in 2 places. Paint splatter all over. Some bugs in bathroom area. Front curtains would not close , exposing the inside beds. I had to us clips for privacy.”

“No kleenex..towels small and thin. No frills for sure. Lighting dark. But convenient. Ridiculous how they hike a $70 room to $200 for Trade days. For that much..give us a blow dryer..Kleenex and some decent towels and blankets without cigarette holes.”

“It’s an older Motel but it definitely surprised me Front desk clerk was very friendly suggesting best places to eat Has full refrigerator microwave and cooking plate kitchenette was stocked with the essentials It was clean and showers were hot We didn’t need to use the air conditioner but tried it out and worked good Reason for not giving 5 stars was the guests that live there full time stand outside to smoke by the doors so you smell it soon as you open the doors Guest above us was...

“Air conditioning worked but too much noise from other residents barbecuing and partying until after midnight. Room decor had been patched but refurbishment not finished. Not Impressed and would not stay there again.”

“This Red Roof Inn in Canton Tx is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The toilet leaked onto the bathroom floor from the base of the toilet. Manager said he didn’t know about the leak but yet there were layers of caulk around the base. Offered nothing to accommodate the issue. Said they were at capacity and would not lower the 200.00 a night charge because he didn’t know about the leak. The property in general was old, unkept, sub- standard especially for 200.00 a night. NEVER AGAIN!!”
