“The room was good, people were courteous, good checkin and checkout experimces. Amenities fell short of expectation. Bathroom had no hand towel. Also there was no body lotion in the bathroom. The biggest problem I had is with the restaurant. Despite having the below on the website, the restaurant didn't serve any non veg food (no egg in the breakfast). The food were oily food. They had a coffee machine, but it was broken and I couldn't get my morning cappuccino. "All-day dining restaurant...

“No tea bags at all even on request, needed to request again and again for towels after cleaning the room. No multiplugs provided on request. Bought multiplug saperatly myself. Very poor experience.”

“This property is very comfortable. The staff was enthusiastically hospitable, helpful and professional. The food was plentiful and both excellently prepared and served. The only minor issues are that the rural setting means that they are actively battling bugs with general success and the linens/upholstery have seen better days. The pool was fantastic. It is not walkable but staff can easily arrange good transportation.”
