“I was disappointed with this property. They were doing quite a bit of improvements in the Central area of the property and it was a little inconvenient. Not to mention that it didn’t look that great. After paying the amount of money that I paid I was expecting more. They should’ve told me that they were having renovations. The staff was not overly friendly. In my opinion. Some of them were, but the majority were not. I’ve stayed at otherParadors which had much better service overall.”

“Terrible! The hotel was closed and we had to find alternate accommodation at the last minute. The hotel ceased trading in 12th September and nobody told us! I am very angry and demand complete refund!”

“Nos llevaron a otro destino diferente al contratado, lo que parecía una casa de guardes con infinidad de detalles mejorables: mal aislamiento del frío, sofás rotos, paredes deterioradas, cámaras en el interior de la casa, decoración de relleno, porche cubierto con retama solo parcialmente, terreno alrededor de la casa peligroso: una zanja de hormigón. El dueño si estuvo muy pendiente de nuestras necesidades pero opino que no es un lugar digno para ofrecer.”
