“This is a really interesting property. This was our first time in Roanoke. Just passing through for one night. Location and parking was good. It's pretty eclectic. A one bedroom apartment in a former government building. Kitchen was great, but it reminded us of a college apartment. Brewery located onsite was fun and it was a lovely day. “We checked in online but I wanted the physical key. We were greeted by very sweet staff members who told us all about the property and gave us a map of the island. Cottage was exceptionally clean, soaps were filled. Everything worked in the kitchenette. We borrowed bikes and every one of the staff were very nice. Their fishing pier was excellent for our family (7 and 10 year old). We had such a great experience and would come back again!”
