"Will stay again. I travel alot as a hotels.com gold member for several years. Nice spacious room. Only issues, 1 long hair of a female on bathroom floor and bar fridge froze the milk over night and some of my food that had to be thrown out as was a 1 night stay. Otherwise 5 star service "

Nice modern building and being on lakeside 2nd story we had great views of Lake Taupo and the Mountains. Very quiet rooms with virtually no noise from other rooms/guests or road. "I'd say it's a nice place, but they should clearly state that even if you book a room there won't be any blankets or towels. This is extra. I've never heard ablut that. We needed to pay for that extra.. Also the service lady said she'd soo kind to come back to give it to us, which was odd in that situation. Besides that, still a nice place to stay, but in winter it's not the warmest in the rooms."

"This is a great location in Tairua. We had the two bedroom upstairs villa which is a little dated. Huge main bedroom and ensuite. The second bedroom was combined with a lounge so nowhere really to sit for a chat without being in with the kids. The kitchen was really just a couple of cupboards and a bar fridge. But all was very clean, beds comfortable, great location. The managers were lovely. We will stay again."
