“The TV remote didn't work for the first couple of days we had to wait for maintenance breakfast not to much of a selection”

“Nice rooms, easy parking. Have a night porter who was very helpful. Have stayed before and would be happy to stay again.”

“On arrival they took too long to allocate a room, the staff where not friendly, apart from the lady in the breakfast room. The room was clean but tired looking. Bed comfortable, breakfast good, suppose to be superior room but only a seaview difference from standard. Main problem was the reception staff who couldn't be bothered to welcome visitors or look up from what ever they were doing to interact with guests”

“A lovely historic hotel in a splendid setting.”

“The staff were helpful during check-in and all of the staff were polite and efficient during our stay. The breakfast was excellent. Our room was very clean and comfortable. There is limited car parking at rear of hotel at a charge of £10 for 24 hours.”

“Great location(1mt from cardiff central station, 5-10mts from city centre), great service, well-managed room condition, absoulutely recommend. ”

“Lovely hotel for a quick trip to Wales celebrating our mums 86th birthday. Loved the history and, though somewhat dated, the rooms were comfortable.”
