Jean Pierre and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire visit. The cook-to-order breakfasts were delicious and clearly made with the freshest ingredients. “The staffs at the front desk and 2nd floor restaurant were very very kind and nice. 2nd floor restaurant, the cold food was fresh and I especially enjoyed the chicken from the hot plates. The room condition was good enough to have a rest for myself among the busy business schedule. Seems the room style is different from the position and the each room looked quite nicely organized. I satisfied with the small welcome note and cookie for myself. One curious thing is that I had no idea how to use...

“The 3 bedroom apartment is large and has a balcony with a braai. The main bedroom has it own bathroom (bath and shower) while the other bedrooms share a bathroom (shower only) via the passage upstairs. There is a WC downstairs in the living space and large kitchen. There is a great view of the mountains. We wish we had found this gem earlier, ideal location in the mall and lots of safe parking. Friendly staff.”
