10/10 Excellent

"We have stayed at this hotel on 6 other occasions for multiple days. We had a traditional room, 2 double comfortable beds, nice fluffy large bath towels, mini fridge. The coffee maker broke and was replaced right away, shampoo and body wash containers were replaced after I notified housekeeping that they were empty. The hallways could benefit from vacuuming on a daily basis. We were disappointed complimentary fruit is no longer offered in the lobby. The front desk employee is extraordinary, he helped solve reservation issues,"

"One night stay. beautiful hotel! We arrived very early and were able to get in our room, which was great! Good sized room: Clean, quiet, and comfortable. The room does have a mini fridge, tho no microwave. Pool tables, indoor basket court, and 2 racquetball courts. All free to use! Fitness center was amazing for a hotel! Tons of machines, free weights, and cardio machines. There is a restaurant and bar on site, which we did not visit. There were a couple negatives that prevented me from giving it an "excellent" rating: There is no coffee available in the lobby in the morning. You had to purchase it at the restaurant. (There WAS a coffee machine in the room that used Starbucks coffee). No water available in the lobby either, unless you purchased it (You could walk down to the gym and get water there). There was very little hot water for the morning shower. It was luke warm at best, and you had to hustle to get your shower done before it turned completely cold. These are minor issues, but for a hotel of this caliber, I would expect at least coffee in the lobby in the morning. NONE of these issues, however, would prevent us from staying again if we were in the area!!! Overall a very nice stay!!"
