Find All-inclusive Resorts in Zimbabwe

There are not enough good things written about this property on the internet. Staying in one of the Island Treehouses was one of the single most incredible and unique experiences for this lifetime traveller. I'm so glad we ended up here on a whim. Cheers to the warm and wonderful staff for making our trip special and here's to this place finding the audience it deserves.

Old Drift absolutely exceeded our expectations. The setting is so peaceful and full of wildlife. We will never forget waking to the bellowing of hippos, laughing at the monkeys from our deck, watching the adorable warthogs at lunch, and that hilarious planter-destroying elephant who came calling at dinner. The design of the rooms is a cut above "glamping," even at its very finest. Such a fun luxury to shower/bathe outdoors, on the banks of the Zambezi, and to sleep with the tent rustling...

I had a wonderful 3 days at the Lodge. The accommodations were lovely, the staff helpful and hospitality incredible. They arranged a morning game drive for me, a sunset cruise on the Zambezi and trip into town to see Victoria Falls from both the Zimbabwe and Zambia sides. You’re truly treated like family.

I was visiting Harare and decided to make a quick trip to Victoria Falls. As soon as I arrived, I immediately realized this was not a place anyone should plan only a 1 night trip to. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle to/fro the airport and around Victoria Falls village. The staff was absolutely amazing - so friendly and knowledgeable and adaptable to our changing schedule. The food was plentiful and delicious, and served whenever we wanted! The included perks were beyond wonderful - airport transport and laundry were great for logistical reasons, but the elephant encounter, canopy zip line, sunset at the gorge (x2) and tour of the falls were all so amazing. From the group of four who greeted us with smiles, a cool washcloth and efficient luggage service leading to a refreshing welcome drink in the beautiful veranda, everyone and everything at the Wallow lodge was delightful.
