Rooms were dirty and looked nothing like advertised. There is no hotel front. It’s feels like stepping out on to the footpath. Save your money and go somewhere else. Ordered room service and there was hair in the rice. Disgusting.

Nice hotel close to the central business district Motijheel and national stadium. Rooms are nice and the staff are very helpful. The restaurant serves excellent food and is open till late. Transport can be hired through the business centre. They also reconfirmed our flights. Very helpful ! We enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommended.

It wasn't good value for money!!! I had to ask for extractor fan to be fix in the bath room as it was smelly, however it was fixed on the following day!!! Not happy should have been checked prior to guest arrival. There was no fridge so when asked they installed one on the same day, which was good improvement to the property Overall I would give 3 star rating for the service in general Bit noisy as the room is next to the main traffic flow Good Luck

Very large rooms, comfortable beds clean rooms. The bathrooms are excellent. Everything is very modern and cozy. The beds were my favorite thing about this hotel. They are so clean and fluffy. Felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. I stayed an extra day because I just did not want to leave.

Far and away the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The traffic outside keeps you awake till at least 2.00am. The building work's on level nine keeps you awake from 5.00am. The bed keeps you awake inbetween, the mattress being made of MDF. Smell of smoking everywhere. Single glazing, children running riot. Spent two nights out of five elsewhere for sanity. Not as bad as I say, I'm English, how many other reviews are?? Avoid.
