"The room was clean, but poorly designed. We were in our room and could not use the closet or dresser because the doors don't open because the bed was in the way. Our family members stayed in a different room and had a totally different tv then ours and channels. They had a smart tv, and we had a computer screen. "We visited Balito with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful stay. The hotel is small but updated and it is run by a wonderful family who makes you feel at home. The pool area is lovely and the breakfast and coffee is perfect in the morning. The rooms were good for our large family (we had two rooms with 3 beds each) and the area is very walkable. "Amazing hotel, staff were so lovely! The food is very tastey and flavourful. The pools were abit cooler but still okay to have a swim in. The rooms are amazing, the staff upgraded us and we had our own plunge pool which was a nice bonus. The spa facilities are brilliant and the massages are amazing. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much!!!!"
