"I really enjoyed the hotel and was pleased with our room on the bottom floor next to the store. However, we faced persistent technical issues during our stay. For four out of five nights, we had no Wi-Fi or cellular service in our room, which caused significant inconvenience. Despite contacting the front desk daily, calling the Wi-Fi support team, and submitting multiple tickets, the problem remained unresolved until our last day. When my husband was sick and we were confined to our room, I stressed the importance of having Wi-Fi or access to YouTube and Netflix on the TV. Only then did the manager visit our room, verify the lack of Wi-Fi, and help us connect to the guest Wi-Fi. While they were assisting us, a resident across the hall mentioned he also lacked Wi-Fi. This widespread issue made it very difficult to order food, arrange rides, buy tickets, or call family, forcing us to do these tasks outside or away from the hotel. Addressing these connectivity problems promptly would greatly enhance the guest experience and prevent such frustrations in the future. It was a nice walk to Disneyland, and there are lots of food options within walking distance. The pool and water park were very clean and enjoyable."
