Diamond Plaza is on Le Duan Street in District One of Ho Chi Minh City. It is open all day and into the evening. The center is set in an old colonial building close to some of the city’s most beautiful architecture, including Saigon Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Saigon Central Post Office.
