Best customer service ever. The hotel staff was so helpful, sweet and genuinely caring, we were treated like royalty. The hotel is too amazing with great views and amenities. Super clean, comforting. The cocktails were out of the blue! The spa area is one of the best too. All kinds of rooms for relaxation from sauna to hydrating pool. Many activities including paddle and other sports. Many restaurants with different food choices, the buffet spread is quite lavish too. If you’re looking for a very comfortable, luxurious, this is it!

Alles perfekt.

Otelin iyi yanlari soylersek peysajinda, aktivitelerinde, resepsiyon bolumunde herkesi basarili buldugumu soyleyebilirim. Bu oteli hangi otellerle kiyaslayabiliriz onu bilemiyorum ama oldukca luks segment hersey dahil otelde konaklamis biri olarak otelde calisan neredeyse 10/8 personeli kesinlikle turizm otelcilik mezunu degil. Hitap sekilleri, yardimci olma arzulari ciddi anlamda yetersiz. Sunu unutmamak lazimki insanlar artik cok ciddi rakamlar oduyor bu tur otellerde kalmak icin. Giriste odamiz gercekten temiz degildi hele 3 ay once acilisi yapilmis bir otelde nasil bu kadar odalar yipranmis oluyor anlamak mumkun degil. Swim-up oda tutup 4 gecesine 5.000$ odemis biri olarak sunu soylemem gerek girer girmez malesef konaklicaginiz tum gunler a la carte restaurantlarin hepsi dolu denmemeli. Biz otele 4 gece acik bufe yemek yemek icin gelmedik malesef. Ardindan a la carte restaurantlara baktigimda kapasitenin 35-45 kisi oldugunu gordum. Ciddi anlamda yonetim eksikligi var otelin, surekli kendiniz bisey almak icin ugrasmaniz gerekiyor. Ornek vermek gerekirse minibari hergun sizin telefon acip soylemeniz gerekiyor oda temizliginde doldurulmuyor, acik bufelerde en tercih edilen yemekler hizli bitiyor, kokteyller basarisiz. Spa ciddi anlamda kirli ve devamli temizlik yapilmasi gerekirken malesef 2 gun ust uste goremedim. Diger otellerle kiyasladigimizda beklentinin cok altinda kaldigini soyleyebilirim

Akra Didim'i şiddetle tavsiye ederim.

Swim up odada kaldık her iki konaklamamızda da .
