I paid £20 extra per night for a room upgrade but unfortunately the tea/coffee, biscuits were not replenished after 1 night and i phoned and asked politely if they could send us up extra for the next morning. Unfortunately nothing appeared!! Its the small things that make all the difference when staying at a hotel and felt for the money we were paying our experience could have been better. "

Nothing is more than a 10 minute walk away and bc Manchester's public transport system and roads are so sorted, it's really easy to walk everywhere without having to dodge traffic and shout over the noise like in most big cities of the UK. The hotel staff are super helpful, the rooms large and comfortable. This is our second stay here and we will be back."
