"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. "Nice location only minutes from the airport. Relaxing place to stay. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Will be booking next time we have cause to stay near Manchester. "
