"The staff there was super friendly and helpful. The room was very large and had an excellent view of la Alhambra. The air conditioners keep the room ice cold, which was a necessity in the summer heat. Overall, our stay was fantastic and I highly recommend Palacio Santa Inés"

"The hotel is in an excellent location for the centre of town, with easy access to shops, museums, restaurants and transport. The hotel is comfortable and our rooms was well equipped with a safe, AC and a mini bar. The bathroom was a little dated with stains on tiles from use. Otherwise generally clean. The staff were lovely and helpful."
