"Not our best stay in Croatia. We spent one night in room 7. The room did not have any shower products. Towels were included but one seemed dirty. The upstairs loft area, seemed not to be cleaned for a while and full of dust. The double bed on the main floor was clean. Apartment right by the road. We had to close windows to prevent road noise. Weak somewhat noisy AC unit. Small room, but they have made efficient use of it. We did not try the breakfast as it seemed basic for the cost. Parking...

"Perfect location as only 6 minutes drive into the centre. The bathroom however is located off one of the bedrooms so this was the only downfall as it meant the couple staying on the sofa bed had to pass through the bedroom to access this. It was well appointed with everything you need (except a coffee maker but there is a water kettle with tea and coffee provided). "I cannot think of a better place to stay in old town Zadar. Apartments was great. Staff was wonderful and stayed up late for us despite our late arrival. The breakfast was free, made to order and fantastic! The apartment/hotel is located in the center of the old town. Main cathedral is visible from the windows. All sites in old town Zadar are within five/eight mins walk. "
