Then the unit had a water leak and we spent half the day with no running water. Requested to have them move us to another unit but they didn't do this until the next day. The new unit was much nicer there were no bugs and comfortable beds. But we only got moved to the new unit because of the water leak. The AC worked well, but you do need to wait a bit for the room to cool down since the room key has to be inserted for it to run. The bathroom definitely needs an upgrade.
