“I payed for 2 rooms expecting to be next to each other , I was told it’ll be on 2 different locations . Explained I needed rooms together, only to find out later that if I want rooms next to each other I had to wait for a hour or so to be ready. We got our 2nd room after 5 or so . I have the name of person who waited on us but don’t like to share his name … needs some customer / visitor service experience. Also your check in time sucks , so much money for such late check in.”
