"WE LIKED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PROPERTY. THE STAFF DID EVERYTHING TO MAKE OUR STAY A MEMORABLE ONE. THE LOCATION IS IDEAL AND THE AMENITIES ARE EXCELLENT. WE COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR MORE. THANK YOU, KILLARNEY PLAZA HOTEL STAFF."

"The food staff were lovely and very helpful. The reception staff acted like they were guests. They had no local info, barely lifts a finger to help and were pompous. We had walked the Dingle Way to get there and there seemed to be a sense that we were somehow below the other tourists. Or they just didn’t know what to make of us. The housekeeping staff seemed to have forgotten our room. The shower handle came off in my hand and the ac that switched on and off all night had something wrong with it that caused it to bang loudly. The views were beautiful. The bar was nice. We found much better hospitality in the small b&bs we stayed at along the walking trail. Unfortunate, given the cost of this hotel."
