"I booked a 1 night stay here Sunday-Monday. Check in is 3pm and our room was not ready until after 6pm!! I requested a call from a manager for a refund. Your short staff issues are not my problem. There was no manager to be found, just a rude front desk girl that couldn’t care less about anything or anyone. We were told to wait in the lounge. We were not offered another room. When sitting in the lounge we saw the cleaning staff chatting to each other in the hall and on their phones. While you are 3 hours behind on getting rooms cleaned for check in. "
