"The apartment is nice - 5th floor with fantastic views. But - the swimming pool, sauna and gym are not included in the price. The apartment door did not close - so it was a little bit uncomfortable. When we arrived the first lift was broken and the second day broke the second and the last one. 8 floors (from -3 to 5th floor) with the ski equipment up and down was quite hard. "

"Die Lage ist super, allerdings sind die 4 Sterne nicht gerechtfertigt. Sämtliche Türen quietschen, sodass man die Zimmernachbarn hört. Des Weiteren ist das Hotel recht hellhörig. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts (1 Woche) wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt inkl. des Badezimmers. Im Bad sammelte sich der Staub und der Schimmel (an der Decke und in der Dusche). Man hört die ganze Zeit in regelmäßigen Abständen ein Brummen, was für einen gesunden Schlaf nicht gerade förderlich ist. Der Wellness...

"We really enjoyed our vacation at this hotel. Quick check in. Clean room which was warm in winter. The room was well cleaned. The only downside (someone already wrote about it) the toilet is very close to the sink. At night it was quiet and we slept well. Now about the pool - it is super. The water is warm, the pool is a good size, you can safely swim (adult and not only children). Next to the pool there is a salt room with sun beds, Turkish sauna, Finnish sauna, jacuzzi with salt water and on...
