"All we required was a bed for the night.
Room 19 at the front.
We were very happy with the room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Saturday nights will be noisy as you are in the town centre and young people will enjoy themselves and shout ln the way home.
It is disconcerting that there is no staff and all locks are digital. Dont delete the text! I did try the contact numbers in the days before my visit a never received an answer.
Overall happy to return as close to the railway station and...

"I've stayed in Premier Inns before, such as one in London in the Blackfriars area and the one at Heathrow. Both of them were good, clean hotels. But this one in Reading was a major disappointment. The room was dingy, there were stains on the carpet and the bathroom floor was sticky. floors. The towels smelled. The worse was when I turned on the water in the shower and discovered that the water wasn't draining and what's worse, particles of debris (that strangely looked like wood chips) came out...

"Location for Ascot amazing, lovely staff food and drinks excellent. Room could do with updating and toilet/shower room was from a motorhome style but did the job. Very accomodating with fans for rooms in the hot weather and all round very good 👍 "

"Well all you need to know is we passed the police raiding with Tasers drawn in the corridor as we were leaving... Unclean, unwelcoming locked front door, very tired fittings, mouldy, musty smelling, broken tap, could go on.
Recommended if you want to be on Police camera action. "

"It was just ok.
Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation.
In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. Dirty toilet, shower, all work surfaces covered in dust. It is a really small place so would...

"Very friendly welcome. Work stay so booked as other colleague already had. Location was great, very handy for the station and for a mooch about town."
"Loots of showing. It was like stepping into the past of older England, I fell in love with this town. Everyone encountered was friendly and helpful. The staff was wonderful!
